Our Cabot Pilot House 38 kits are popular with individuals that have a moderate ability of construction and finishing expertise. Kit 1 is the bare bones and has been priced to cover materials and labor. Kit 2 has been popular with individuals that want a project they can start once it arrives; we take care of all the heavy stuff so you can start on your project once it arrives.
We will provide other components based on your needs and requirements in a ala cart format, pricing can be provide upon discussion. We also will provide technical support by phone or email if you have any questions during your construction process.
Kit 1
Includes, Hull & Deck this option is the bare bones package.
Kit 2
Includes Hull Deck plus installed 29hp Yanmar engine shaft prop, installed 5,500lbs lead ballast and custom steel cradle.
The deck is bonded and bolted to the hull, your choice of gel coats; we use Corecell from the sheer to the waterline and 5/8th glass.
